A French Ebonised Pedestal with Ormolu Mounts Late 1800s
A decorative French pedestal on tripod base from the late 1800s, made of ebonised wood, and decorated with elaborate ormolu mounts and hanging chains.
95 cm high, 20 cm diameter.
Very good - Scratches to the top, and a hole in the centre of the top which possibly secured a marble top that has since been lost. There is one brass eagle missing from the top of one of the legs.
